Rates


  • The first step is a FREE case evaluation.  We first gather information through a telephone interview or by email.  The information is then evaluated by our legal team and we will contact you within 24 hours.   
  • The fee arrangement after the initial case evaluation varies depending upon the circumstances of the case.  We offer four different fee arrangements as explained below:
  1. Flat Fee -  for certain transactional matters such as the review and negotiation of severance packages we charge a flat fee of $2500.  The amount may be modified depending upon the circumstances of the matter. 
  2. Hourly Fee - we charge $500 an hour.
  3. Contingency Fee - under this arrangement our firm will receive a percentage (typically 33.3%) of the total recovery and there is no charge for our time.  
  4. Modified Contingency - the firm charges a reduced hourly rate and also receives a percentage of the recovery obtained.  The hourly rate and percentage of the recovery obtained is determined on a case-by-case basis.
