Saima Ali, Employment Attorney
Saima Ali is an employment attorney who focuses on representing employees in employment disputes. Saima has experience in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims, in state court, federal court, and arbitration. As a law student, Saima was involved with the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic and the Center for WorkLife Law at UC Hastings. She also volunteered for the General Assistance Advocacy Project that provided free legal assistance to San Francisco’s homeless population.
Saima does not back down from a challenge, and works diligently to get the best results possible for her clients.
